many talents, or lack of concentration?

Currently:
~ surfing people's blogs, just to see what's out there (interesting)
Listening to Broken Bells Vapourise (exciting) ~ have a listen!
Watching the Australia v. Germany football match. (disappointing)

I've got two books on the go at the moment too, I'm reading Emmaby Jane Austen and Engleby by Sebastian Faulkes. Both very different, but both very good. Two different protagonists from two very different societies, yet somehow the reader is able to identify with both.

I'm looking forward to having a chance to relax in the sunshine.. and concentrate on one book at a time!
But for now, it's nearly bed time and I've got lots to do and succeed at in the next couple of days. Luckily bananas help pacify a turbulent tummy!

There's a lot of sadness in the news this evening. loss and death and sadness.
I'm lucky to be happy. Puts my own feelings of negativity and worry into perspective.

Everything will be ok. If I don't get a teaching job for september then something else will come along and I feel sure that I will be happy because everything happens for a reason.

June

June is going to be a good month. I have decided.

:-)

This month, I will be finishing my placement, this means taking full responsibility for the class. So I suspect that June will also be an exhausting month, but it will be rewarding and that's important.

I've painted my nails bright pink. I havnt painted them anything other than clear for a while now. I think this perhaps reflects my mood ~ feeling much more positive! and aside from anything, it reflects the fact that I actually have a little bit of time this morning which is absolute luxury. I've sat in my PJs watching morning TV, painting my nails and watching sex and the city trailors. I'm so desperately excited to see it! :)
